LionServe AI, LLC ("LionServe," "we," "us," or "our") provides The Gate as a licensed digital methodology product delivered electronically through our member portal.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available once access has been granted to your account. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, understand the deliverables included, and agree that no refunds will be issued after delivery.

If you selected a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment plan installments will result in revocation of access to the member portal and all associated materials.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased materials, contact tre.smith@lionserve.ai within 48 hours of purchase. We will resolve access issues promptly.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
