These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Gate, a licensed digital methodology product provided by LionServe AI, LLC ("LionServe," "we," "us," or "our"), a North Carolina limited liability company.

By purchasing The Gate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. LICENSE GRANT

LionServe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use The Gate methodology materials for internal use at one (1) facility owned or operated by your organization. This license is granted to the purchasing organization, not to any individual.

  1. RESTRICTIONS

You may not reproduce, redistribute, share outside your organization, publicly disclose, upload to any shared platform, or use these materials to create competing products, training programs, consulting deliverables, or derivative works. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or loan access to any third party.

Facility-specific adaptations — your equipment names, thresholds, asset registries, and procedures — are yours. The underlying methodology, templates, frameworks, trigger architectures, and implementation sequences remain the exclusive intellectual property of LionServe AI, LLC.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided through The Gate, including but not limited to the Core Methodology Guide, Binary Gate System framework, Trigger Catalog, procedure templates, implementation accelerators, and dashboard kits, are the copyrighted property of LionServe AI, LLC.   1. PAYMENT AND ACCESS

Access to The Gate is granted through our member portal upon successful payment processing. If you selected a payment plan, access is granted upon the first payment. Failure to complete all scheduled payments will result in immediate revocation of portal access.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Gate is provided "as is" and "as available." LionServe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the methodology's fitness for a particular purpose or its applicability to your specific facility. Implementation results depend on your facility's conditions, equipment, personnel, and execution quality. The methodology provides the framework; implementation is your responsibility.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LionServe AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of The Gate, including but not limited to lost profits, equipment damage, production losses, or compliance penalties.

In no event shall LionServe's total liability exceed the amount you paid for The Gate.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lincoln County, North Carolina.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

LionServe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued access to The Gate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
